WAIVER
By booking your place in ANY WYLD TRIBE PTY LTD EVENT, INTERNATIONAL SOUL-JOURNEY, DOMESTIC RETREAT, WORKSHOP, CIRCLE, or FESTIVAL in ANY capacity (including but not limited to participant, presenter, market stall holder, traveller, or staff), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation and agree to release, waive, and discharge Tracy McFie & Larissa Taiatini-O’Neill, Wyld Tribe PTY LTD, Sistahood Rising Festival, and any of their employees or agents from liability for personal injury, property damage, loss of income, or other claims, except where such loss arises due to negligence or failure to meet statutory obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
You understand that participation is voluntary and that you are solely responsible for your own health, wellbeing, and choices. You agree to use your discretion before applying any information or recommendations and to maintain respect and confidentiality for others in attendance.

You agree to abide by all event guidelines and directions provided by the organisers or their appointed representatives.

-
You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
-
You understand that Tracy McFie & Larissa Taiatini-O’Neill, Wyld Tribe PTY LTD, and their team are not medically licensed professionals and do not offer medical, legal, or financial advice.

All readings, sessions, and guidance are for personal insight and spiritual development only. You remain solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take as a result.

REFUND POLICY
All ticket purchases and presenter applications for any Wyld Tribe PTY LTD event are non-refundable for change of mind, travel delays, personal illness, or other personal circumstances.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or other remedy if our services fail to meet consumer guarantees (e.g., not delivered as described).
We reserve the right to review cases of hardship or unforeseen emergency on a compassionate, case-by-case basis, without guarantee.

In the event of COVID-related border closures or restrictions, refunds will be subject to the policies of our vendors and suppliers. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee any specific refund outcome and accept no liability for external provider terms.
Presenters, stallholders, and performers: If your application is cancelled due to misalignment with the ethos, conflict of interest, or safety reasons, your fee may be reviewed for refund on a case-by-case basis.

TRAVEL POLICY
It is a strict condition of booking that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance (not just credit card coverage) including 'cancel for any reason' cover where available. This protects your investment in the case of cancellation, illness, or unexpected events.
If we cancel a retreat due to insufficient bookings, you will be refunded all payments made minus any non-refundable deposit. We are unable to reimburse for flights or additional travel costs.

If cancellation occurs due to force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), refunds after the non-refundable deposit will depend on whether we receive refunds from our suppliers. This is where your travel insurance is vital.
Tickets are transferrable to another participant should you be unable to attend. An administration fee may apply.

You accept all risks associated with transportation methods and terrain outside of Australia, acknowledging that safety standards may differ. You release Wyld Tribe PTY LTD from liability for incidents arising from such travel, provided there is no negligence on our part.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents, passports, visas, and medical clearances.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected during bookings, sessions, or events is confidential and used only for the purpose intended.
We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or in a medical emergency where you are unable to communicate. In such a case, you consent to Wyld Tribe PTY LTD sharing relevant information with emergency services.
This document is governed by the laws of Western Australia. By purchasing, registering, or participating in our events, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
